At FBC Kaufman, our worship services and other events often involve photography and audio/video recordings. These recordings may capture your voice and/or likeness. By attending our services and events, you consent to the use of these materials, including their photography, recording, distribution, and any other lawful use. You also waive any rights you may have related to these materials.

All such materials are the property of FBC Kaufman and may be used by the church or its representatives for distribution, marketing, and other purposes, including on our website, in printed materials, and for streaming. By attending, you release FBC Kaufman, its leadership, staff, and agents from any liability arising from the use of these materials, including any damages from unauthorized use by third parties.

If you prefer not to be recorded, please speak with a staff member who can guide you to areas where recordings are less likely to occur.
